Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing organisation that is a certified “Great Place to Work”.
As the Data Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of accurate and insightful reports for stakeholders. Working within an evolving data environment across various platforms, you will work with internal teams and wider stakeholders to develop deep customer analytics, drawing insights from data to help understand our performance, customer base and help drive future growth.
You will develop a thorough understanding of the underlying data that can be used to perform data analytics. Your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Power Platform capability will focus on converting business and member reporting requirements into user friendly reports and dashboards to enable the streamlining of services and business activities.
We seek a candidate who has demonstrated experience as a data analyst, adept at exploring, summarizing, and presenting data in user-friendly formats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics and a confident user of the Microsoft Power Platform - Power BI and Power Automate and Power Apps. Salary and benefits
In return for your dedication to the role you will receive a salary of £36,000 - £40,000, dependant on experience. Additionally, you will be joining a charity which offers:
* 37 days holiday (including Christmas holiday closure and bank holidays).
* Yearly performance related bonuses of up to £3,000.
* Agile, flexible and remote working. The successful candidate must be willing to work 2 days at the Head Office in Salford, with opportunities to reduce this to 1 day a week once they have settled in to the role.
