About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join thriving secondary schools in and around the Stourbridge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring mathematics lessons to students at KS3 and KS4 levels. This position is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is eager to make a positive impact on student achievement and contribute to a dynamic teaching team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Use a range of teaching techniques to foster student engagement and success in mathematics.
* Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
* Support students in developing strong mathematical skills and confidence.
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievement.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching Maths.
* Prior experience teaching Maths at secondary level is preferred but not essential.
