Support sales and solutions teams by ensuring efficient quote processing and order placements. Negotiate special pricing with manufacturers to secure the best deals for clients. Handle customer queries related to order fulfilment and ensure service level agreements are met. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Assist with renewals, sales order creation, invoicing, and customer service processes. Key Attributes Required: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT reseller, distribution, vendor, or channel. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
