Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is looking for an experienced administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is based in the seaside town of Blackpool. We have 3 operating theatres undertaking a wide range of procedures in Orthopaedics, ENT, Spines, Ophthalmic, Urology, Vascular, Gynaecology, Endoscopy, Plastics and General Surgery. Your role will be to assist in the cleaning and upkeep of wards, offices, and shared spaces throughout the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Experience in an administration role is essential
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Excellent communication skills as the role involves stakeholder engagement
Who We're Looking For:
* A personable individual with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Great communication skills at all levels
* Experience in a customer service environment is desirable
* Previous experience in administration is essential
