We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing person to join our Library team to help provide a high-quality service to our customers on a Thursday evening (5-7pm) and Saturday (10am - 4pm). If you are passionate about good customer service, reading, enjoy helping people and like variety in your working day then you could be the person that we are looking for. Previous library experience is not essential as we will train you in all aspects of library work and help you to develop your IT and customer care skills. Your duties will include floorwalking, helping the public use computers and self-service machines, promoting and shelving stock, computerised counter routines and providing information.
