The Benefits
* Chef de Partie
* £28,500 per Annum
* 40 hours a week
* Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends)
* Predominantly daytime hours

The Job Role
* A Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen brigade assisting with production and preparation whilst ensuring food quality and freshness, across all Exhibition and Events.
* A Chef de Partie that has the ability to support with running multiple services and concepts at the same time.
* You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes for all outlets of the Exhibition and Events Venue.
The Requirements
* A proven track record within a high volume and fresh food operation.
* A Chef de Partie with a background in large hotels, conference and events venues or stadia.
* The Chef de Partie will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
* Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.

* Manchester.
