We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Shropshire to recruit an experienced HR Manager. The Role
As HR Manager, you will work closely with senior management to drive HR initiatives and provide comprehensive support across all HR functions. From overseeing recruitment and onboarding to managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance, your role will be to ensure that HR policies are aligned with business goals. Youll play an essential part in enhancing employee engagement and supporting continuous development initiatives across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts, including liaising with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping updated on HR best practices.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys objectives.
Oversee training and development programs, supporting staff career growth and skills enhancement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident HR professional with experience within the manufacturing or FMCG sector. You should be adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Requirements
Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Advisor in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all levels.
CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential).
