About the role
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern : 32.5 hrs per week x 39 weeks - Term time only and will include inset days.
Main Place of Work : Pencoedtre High School.
Description: We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistants to work with learners that need support to develop strategies to improve their engagement and their progress in school. The successful candidate will be joining an enthusiastic, committed, supportive and solution-focused team within either the KS3 or the KS4 Hwb. We continue, as a school, to make innovative changes to continue our drive for school improvement and maximise the opportunities for the children and young people in our school.
