Cluster Revenue Manager - About you
* At least 2-3 years’ experience in hospitality revenue management ideally in a dual site role.
* Technically proficient with hospitality systems Property Management Systems preferably Opera Cloud, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers and Microsoft Office product.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Inquisitive, logical and objective.
* Knowledge of Revenue Management.
* Resilient, determined, driven and inspired to achieve challenging targets.
* Home-based role however willing and able to travel.

Responsibilities of the Cluster Revenue Manager
With a key focus on RevPAR and Room Revenue growth, the responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
* Produce and manage accurate forecasts as per company guidelines to predict demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Utilise yield management techniques to create demand and to sell the right room to the right customer at the right price.
* Monitor and analyse competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive.
* Study market demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory controls.
* Track key performance indicators such as MPI, ARI & RGI.
* Generate and interpret financial and performance reports to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies.
* Optimise the use of different distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, GDS, etc.) to maximize revenue and identify new platforms to work with.
* Maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners to understand our performance and market insights.
* Work closely with the Marketing, Ecommerce, and digital teams to drive direct business and understand the effectiveness of actions.
* Revenue Management Systems Leverage advanced RMS and data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
* Use data analytics to gain insights into market conditions and customer behaviour.
* Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of revenue management strategies on overall profitability.
