The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist with a strong focus on Project Operations. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and customization of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet client project management needs. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting workshops, and providing expert advice on best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability of Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
* Deep technical working knowledge of the core Customer Engagement modules
* In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Project Operations modules.
* Proven experience in leading Dynamics 365 CE implementations from start to finish.
* Strong understanding of project management processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365.
* Broad understanding of software development cycles, release management, data migrations, cut over plans and post go-live support.
* Deep understanding of the industry, preferably with specialization in high-demand sectors such as technology or finance and professional services.
* Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs, logical thinking and problem solving to propose appropriate solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
* Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development.
As a Senior CE Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
* Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions with a focus on Project Operations.
* Engage with clients to understand their project management needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
* Provide expert advice on best practices for Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client requirements, solution design, and implementation processes.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations.
* Stay current with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Project Operations to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
