About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Crawley. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver interactive lessons
* Provide individual or small group support to enhance student learning
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Help prepare classroom resources and materials
* Track and report on student progress
* Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
Requirements:
* A passion for supporting young learners
* Experience with children, ideally in an educational setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Positive outlook and a willingness to develop
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
