It is important that you have good communication skills both verbal and written skills for liaison with service users, their families, colleagues and other agencies. General computer and administration skills are also required to support the running of the service. Ability to network with other community services is essential in assisting service user's smooth integration into the community, for example, accessing community resources. You would be part of a supportive and friendly Multi-disciplinary team with opportunities to work in collaboration with colleagues including: Occupational Therapist, Activity Worker, Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers, Psychologist, Discharge Support Worker and community practitioners to support Patients in their recovery. Your skills will be developed through Clinical Supervision, Management Supervision and Training opportunities.
