Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00

Job Title: Logistics Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Administrator. You will be responsible for scheduling work for our mobile technicians which cover the UK and seeing the job through from start to finish, ordering parts and preparing jobs for invoice.
The Role:
A Logistics Administrator is now required for mobile repair and recovery services. Carrying out the administration & logistic functions for all types of work, primarily on LCV’s vehicles, the mobile technician provides general maintenance, servicing and brakes as well as roadside breakdown. The role will include but is not limited to:
1. Liaising with allocated Technicians to organise and gain updates on their day
2. Planning the most efficient route for the technicians
3. Communicating with customers and reporting on VOR’s and updates
4. Creating Estimates & Raising Job Cards
5. Preparing invoices
6. Ordering and organisation of parts
7. Ensuring daily objectives are carried out
Skill and Experience:
Previous experience in a Service/Logistic environment in the automotive industry is essential. Adaptable with excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels. Technical knowledge would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a team player, enthusiastic, self-motivated, polite and professional. Can work under pressure and maintain professionalism. Can be flexible and respond to different ways of working in the face of changing situations.
Training:
Training will be provided on all systems and processes.
