If you have:
Substantial experience working in a residential childcare setting, with demonstrable experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
At least a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Comprehensive understanding of child development, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and safeguarding procedures.
A positive outlook and always strive to find new ways to respond to difficulties, as well as a comprehensive understanding of child development, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and safeguarding procedures.

Here are some of the duties which our Team Leader will be involved in:
Providing leadership and supervision to support workers, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Coordinating the home's day-to-day operations, including staff deployment, rota management, and task allocation.
Leading by example in implementing best practices in care and support, including trauma-informed approaches and positive behaviour management techniques.
Conducting regular team meetings and supervision sessions to review casework, share information, and provide feedback on performance.
