Muller Yogurt & Desserts is the UKs leading yogurt manufacturer, boasting major brands such as Mller Corner, Mller Rice, Frijj and Mller Light. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility. A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Muller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team as a National Account Executive at our Telford site responsible for Private Label. Theres a real appetite for our Mllerlicious products out there. As a NAE, youll satisfy growing demand and build sustainable win-win business with a key national retailer. Well be looking to you to grow our business profitably across your designated key account and support the delivery of budgeted volume & profit targets for the given customer account by cultivating a superior customer. Your challenge for the National Account Executive: Build strong relationships with demand planning team, provide timely, accurate and up to date EPOS data drawing insights, highlighting risks and opportunities and making recommendations for growth. Develop and build cross-functional relationships internally and externally to maximise Muller and Retailer growth. Support the development and delivery of Private Label propositions and projects, to include innovation, renovation and EPD. Business Reviews- Supporting SNAM with monthly business reviews updating risk and opportunities, reconciling volume and financial month on month variances. Map key category trends and growth drivers and link to future innovation plans. There is the potential to take ownership of this review cycle with scope for future development to National Account Manager. Management of Customer Systems, Data & Invoice query resolution - maintain accurate customer systems and work with OTC commercial finance to resolve invoicing issues. Key skills & experience for the National Account Executive: Strong Analytical skills. PC literate (advanced Excel and Powerpoint). Proven sales relationship, selling & negotiation skills. Demonstrable evidence of project management capability. Full UK driving license. Soft skills:- Confident, Results driven, relationship builder, visionary and creative, high attention to detail, able to work under pressure, tenacious, strong team player, flexible and adaptable.
