Your hours of work will be 8 hours per week to be worked flexibly in agreement with the Employer in advance. During term time these hours may be worked over evenings and the occasional weekends and in school holidays during the days, evenings and occasional weekends. There is a need for you to be flexible and these hours may be changed as required according to the Employer's needs. Whilst no occupational requirement applied directly to this role, our client would prefer a male PA for this role to provide mentoring and a role model for this young man. We are looking for Personal Assistant to take an active role in the community with a 15-year-old autistic young man. Your role will be focused on enabling the young man to learn valuable life skills like travelling on public transport, ordering his own drinks and food, buying tickets for activities; all whilst enjoying social opportunities together such as trips to eat out and walks. Duties & Responsibilities
* Assisting with suggesting fun and interesting activities which don't always have a cost.
* Booking tickets in advance for activities such as cinema trips and train journeys.
* Engaging and supporting with social and practical skills within the community.
* Ensuring safety and wellbeing.
