CNC Programmer
will be primarily creating and revising programs for CNC Machinery, understanding and interpreting complex technical drawings and CAD and translate them into executable CNC programs.The successful
CNC Programmer
will have a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure that machine outputs meet exact specifications and quality standards, working predominantly with Haas CNC machines and Fusion 360 programming software.CNC Programmer duties are-:Creating and optimising CNC programs to create intricate parts and components.Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.Testing and adjusting programs to ensure efficiency and quality.Working with engineers and machinists to assess project requirements and resolve issues related to machine setup and program performance.Keeping detailed records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notes.Staying updated with the latest software and training on new equipment.Ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations in the workplaceThe ideal CNC ProgrammerExperience working as a CNC Programmer or similar within an Engineering or Manufacturing environmentHAAS CNC machines and Fusion 360 software experience, but not essentialIdeally have knowledge or understanding of the automotive industryAdaptable and flexible attitude, wanting to grow and develop with the companyInternal and external training will be provided by the companyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWorking Hours:Monday - Thursday and Friday 08.00am-1.30pmMonday -Thursday 30-minute lunch breakTo show your interest in this role please
