Jigsaw Creative Care; a leading care provider in the South East of England is currently seeking a Head of Operations to join the Team. Here at Jigsaw, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support while fostering a culture of compassion, dignity and innovation.
This role is fundamental to the growth strategy of Jigsaw Creative Care and we envisage that with the correct help and support the role will develop into an Operations Director Role. SA comprehensive programme of support, training and external supervision will be in place to support you.
The Role:
The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading the operational performance and strategic growth of the Organization. This role requires a strong leader who can drive excellence in care delivering employee engagement and business development initiatives.
* Leading and mentoring a team of Registered Managers and Service Managers
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and upholding the commitment to excellence
* Analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
* Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Required:
* Proven experience at management level within the social care sector
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice in care
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to drive operational excellence and business growth
* Passion for improving the lives of people who are supported and enhancing quality of care
* Full Driving Licence
