Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager in checking and coding invoices, as well as month-end activities Processing technical payments (claims, commissions, profit share, etc.) to our partners and ensuring timely payment of overheads Posting direct debit and standing order vouchers, and applying payments to keep the creditors clear Ensuring the timely payment of employee expenses and complaint payments Reviewing supplier statements and reconciling them to accounts Maintaining the supplier account database Resolving business, finance, and supplier queries quickly and efficiently Assisting with the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and preparing monthly bank reconciliations Reviewing expense claims, ensuring they are correctly coded and have the correct supporting backup evidence Assisting with various reconciliations and supporting internal and external audits when required LI-UK
