Role Overview: As a Senior Planning engineer, you will play a key role in managing project schedules throughout all phases, particularly in the Pre-FID (Final Investment Decision) stages. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the baseline schedule and S-curve, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective scope management. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to company policies and suggest improvements to planning methods and practices. Develop resource-loaded baseline schedules and S-curves for monitoring and reporting project progress. Draft project-specific planning procedures as required. Monitor Planning manhour expenditures against budgets, advising on future manpower needs. Ensure the planning network integrates with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and SAP, if needed. Stay proficient with relevant planning software applications. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations as required. Required Knowledge and Experience: A degree in a relevant field. Experience as a Planning Engineer in energy sector projects. Strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other MS Office applications.
