Our client, a prominent player in the water sector, is searching for an experienced Site Supervisor/ Site Manager to oversee civil projects for Anglian Water. This contract role will involve managing non-infrastructure, above-ground projects on a smaller scale, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing site operations for Anglian Water projects
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget
Overseeing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Performing regular site inspections and progress assessments
Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on site
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in civil engineering within the water sector
Strong understanding of supervising and managing site operations
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
