We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our team as an Office Administration & HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations across Ash Croft and Cottons Primary Academies. This is a term-time, fixed-term role offering a salary of Grade F (SCP 15) £29,093 (pro-rata to hours worked), with 35-37 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Undertake a wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks. Manage HR processes, including monitoring staff absences and ensuring the relevant stages of absence triggers are highlighted. Use Arbor and ParentPay systems effectively. Manage invoices, ordering, and stock control. Supervise and support admin office staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Essential Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative and clerical role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Experience in managing HR processes, particularly with absences. Proficiency in using Arbor and ParentPay systems. Experience in managing invoices and ordering. Proven ability to manage and support administrative staff effectively. Preferable Skills: Experience using the Access finance system. Knowledge of key legislation relating to personnel, estate management, and health and safety. The Role: The role will involve working across two primary Academies. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Working Hours: 35-37 hours per week (term time only).
