ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Operations Administrator, you will support the day to day operations of the company, reporting directly to the Head of Field Operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, with a focus on administrative tasks, policy implementation, and acting as a central point of communication between departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow in an operational environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Operations and other departments, managing tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
* Operations Administration: Assist with operational tasks such as handling reports, tracking progress, and maintaining up-to-date records.
* Disciplinary Investigations: Support the investigation of employee disciplinary matters and prepare necessary reports for management.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
* Company Updates: Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal updates, ensuring staff are informed of any changes to policies, procedures, or operational guidelines.
* Regular Meetings: Coordinate and participate in regular team and departmental meetings, capturing key actions and follow-ups.
* Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate on drafting and updating policies and procedures aimed at improving operational efficiency and compliance.
* Cross-Department Communication: Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring smooth communication and information flow across teams.
* Operational Compliance: Ensure that the company's operations adhere to internal and external compliance standards.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
* Experience with disciplinary procedures and policy development is a plus.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
