Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling planned & reactive maintenance jobs, ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role will include both operational optimisation and service delivery KPI’s. Reporting to the Head of Service, this position remains key to our overall delivery of all projects to all clients. It’s a fun full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage the weekly work schedule for maintenance projects, prioritising tasks based on urgency and resource availability.
2. Communicate effectively with Key Account Managers, field teams, and management to ensure clarity and timely execution of scheduled tasks.
3. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Optimise site productivity based on logistical & geographical routing.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in scheduling or a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or maintenance industry.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
3. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. A good understanding of UK geography and travelling time.
5. Strong analytical skills, capable of vaticinating potential scheduling conflicts before they arise.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
