Responsibilities
Conduct thorough building inspections and surveys to assess the condition of structures.
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and required improvements.
Advise clients on design, construction, maintenance, and compliance issues.
Ensure all projects comply with current building regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during the construction process.
Monitor ongoing building projects and ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Provide expertise in property valuation, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional membership in a recognized surveying institution is preferred.
Proven experience as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in using surveying software and tools for inspections and reporting.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £39.55
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
