Role Overview: Coordinate all planning and supply chain activities related to manufacturing and supplying finished goods. Engage with customers to build collaborative relationships. Develop information to support their systems accuracy and forecasting processes. Responsibilities: Aim for 100% service level across the customer base. Optimize stock levels to ensure service levels while minimizing waste. Foster and maintain positive relationships with the customer supply chain. Adapt working patterns to meet business demands. Establish and communicate planning KPIs focused on service levels within the business. Drive the implementation of the manufacturing system. Ensure scheduling activities optimize line performance and business profitability. Proactively seek and implement system improvements. Communicate stock levels and service performance to the business. Main Duties: Utilize the latest customer forecasts. Participate in customer contact conference calls. Monitor all WIP and on-site finished goods stocks. Oversee finished goods stocks in third-party consolidators. Create demand plans to meet service levels. Interpret customer orders to produce demand plans. Schedule bakery lines to achieve maximum service levels. Regularly review and adjust manufacturing progress. Communicate all planning activities effectively to the business. Advise the customer supply chain of any supply issues. Optimize pack formats through the packing departments based on finished goods stocks. Monitor and advise on weekly/daily labor requirements for all departments. Track bakery and packing throughput, report attainment to plan percentages, and update KPI boards before operational review meetings. Working Hours - 40 hours per week with flexible start/finish times between 7am - 6pm
