Assistant Headteacher- Permanent L5-9 to start September 2025

We are seeking a driven, dynamic, and visionary Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team and be responsible for our Lower School phase (Years 1-3). The successful candidate will be working with a class in this phase and will be responsible for a significant aspect of school improvement, to be determined upon appointment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive high standards of teaching and learning across the Lower School phase, ensuring all pupils achieve their best.
* Support and inspire staff to deliver classroom practice of the highest standard through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
* Play a key role in the strategic leadership and development of the school, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team.
* Take an active role in curriculum development, assessment and data analysis to ensure continual school improvement.
* Lead a whole-school curriculum subject, working closely with other phases to ensure its effective implementation
* Foster a positive school culture where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
* Work effectively with parents, Governors, and the wider community to enhance the school’s vision and values.
* Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and pastoral support for all children, ensuring a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
