Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to join a small but successful finance team? We are working on behalf of a well-established charity based in Hampshire, seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Assistant to support operations and contribute to continued growth of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
2. General bookkeeping duties to ensure accurate financial records
3. Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
4. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in a similar finance role
2. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
3. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
5. A positive and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
