In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference, conducting essential fire safety risk assessments. Ideally you will be base in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent or Surrey. The role is paying up to £48,000 plus car allowance. * Conduct fire safety risk assessments in line with the latest regulations
* Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance
* Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
* Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available
* Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge
A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
* Registered with the IFSM, Tier 2 or similar competency scheme
* At least 2 years experience within the fire industry
* Experience with compartmentation and/or door inspections desirable but not essential as training will be given
* Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments
* Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
* Exceptional communication skills - the ability to engage and inform clients with ease
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly
* A valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites
