Job Description
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the property team.
* Organise and manage diaries, meetings and appointments.
* Prepare and process important documents and reports.
* Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues on behalf of the team.
* Maintain and organise digital and physical files.
* Assist in project coordination and management.
* Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Contribute positively to the overall functioning of the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
* A strong educational background in a relevant field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
