The Interaction Design Engineer is a subject matter expert who applies innovative solutions by combining the latest technologies with our products to deliver differentiation and tangible value to our business and our customers. This role requires highly self-motivated individuals to learn, develop and gain the necessary skills to assist the engineering team and strive to become subject matter experts on our products. Excellent communication skills are necessary to work with various stakeholders. A creative design mindset, with a focus on graphical user interfaces, is essential. Key Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and developing the global demonstration database of our building management software (EcoStruxure Building Operation), including delivering webinar updates on the latest releases.
2. Staying up to date with our offers, working with our R&D team and incorporating the latest features into the demonstration database.
3. Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and creating innovative graphical user interfaces and dashboards with our product tools (TGML editor & WebStation).
4. Engaging with technical experts in segments (Data Centre, Life Science, etc.) to create and deliver specialist segment-based demonstrations.
5. Managing the Azure infrastructure, following SE digital’s IT policies.
6. Presenting in person and virtual customer demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of our integrated solutions and supporting our sales teams.
