Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team and help drive our projects forward. The Role: As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the technical aspects of residential developments from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring designs meet regulatory requirements, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting the delivery of high-quality housing projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate technical aspects of new build housing developments. Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure designs meet planning and regulatory requirements. Oversee the production and approval of working drawings and technical documents. Support the planning and procurement process, ensuring technical specifications align with project goals. Work closely with the construction team to resolve technical challenges during the build process. Ensure compliance with NHBC, Building Regulations, and other relevant industry standards. Manage relationships with local authorities, statutory bodies, and utility providers. Assist in identifying cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within the housebuilding sector. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, and planning processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
