Core duties of the role:
1. Initiating, seeking, developing, and maintaining excellent working relationships with new B2B and existing clients.
2. Seeking out and identifying new opportunities for the sale of Residential property portfolios, including individual PT sale lots or large-scale investment portfolios.
3. Assisting in highlighting suitable clients/properties and identifying opportunities to develop leads.
4. Updating and maintaining the LRG CRM investor lists, working with the LRG group to enhance and grow these investor lists to support the sale of instructed Portfolio/Properties.
5. Attending and presenting to LRG network sales teams, including delivering training and coaching sessions with agents to maximise the level of B2B leads.
6. Confidently conducting valuations and viewings within the Portfolio Sale environment, determining a pricing and marketing strategy, fee agreement, and supporting the engagement of legal teams.
7. Helping and supporting the creation of suitable and compliant marketing material for the sale of property portfolios.
8. Facilitating the data flow into the company Portfolio Investments website/data rooms for clients to review and provide an offer of purchase.
9. Regularly collating and presenting detailed Management Information to key stakeholders.
10. Creating and distributing case studies to demonstrate success.
11. Maintaining and providing reporting on monthly and YTD target performance.
12. Creating and providing a monthly business development report, successes, pipeline, new opportunities, and strategies.
13. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel extensively throughout the UK.
14. Helping support, compile, and present the client monthly and quarterly dashboards.
Essential experience:
* Assoc RICS qualification required as a minimum.
* Must be working within a Residential Sales role and possess a strong background in this area.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of the current Property legislative acts relevant to this sector of the residential property market.
* Worked and advised on investment-grade property portfolios; multiple tenure residential property is preferred.
* Have the ability and enthusiasm to facilitate learning and deliver training and coaching sessions surrounding the technical aspects of the role.
* Attendance of management meetings as required.
* Production of specific reports and management information as required.
