Job Title: Reliability Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer to join a world-class manufacturing facility in Telford.
The successful applicant will play an integral part within a strong manufacturing engineering team, aiming to provide world-class leading service and the platform for class-leading OEE.
Reliability Engineer - Manufacturing Plant Maintenance
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Telford
Duties:
* Lead the reliability management program, continually reviewing equipment data to identify opportunities to improve MTTR & MTBF
* Perform Root Cause Analysis
* Participate in capital & process improvement (particularly automation & controls) projects to ensure that equipment reliability and machine availability are continually improved
* Monitor failures to identify root causes and implement appropriate actions
* Organise and lead Criticality Assessment and Risk-Based Maintenance analysis (FMECA/RCM/REM) teams
* Initiate and implement changes to PMs when appropriate
* Provide training as needs are identified, including Root Cause Failure Analysis training for maintenance technicians and others as required
Experience:
You are likely already working in the capacity as a Reliability Engineer or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is seeking to make a difference by bringing your passion and expertise/talent to support the continuous strategy of improvements to achieve world-class metrics.
Requirements:
* HNC / Degree education with a strong Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background, with a focus on reliability and maintenance engineering
* Strong analytic capabilities, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrate experience in advanced root cause analysis and problem-solving
* Condition-based monitoring knowledge highly desirable
* Strong automation/controls experience utilising Siemens PLC, HMI & robotic systems
* Able to work a double day shift pattern Monday to Friday
