Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the Trust-wide Training Plan to meet organisational priorities and regulatory standards. Oversee the delivery of high-volume, multi-site education and workforce development programmes. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative learning solutions, including apprenticeships, statutory and mandatory learning and CPD opportunities. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including higher education institutions and training providers. Foster an inclusive learning culture that supports engagement and development, where learning is accessible, engaging and relevant. Drive the adoption of digital learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and experience. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 110 staff, promoting high performance, professional growth, collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage a £10 million budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources and maximising funding opportunities. Establish robust governance, quality assurance, and reporting processes adopting a data-informed approach to demonstrate the impact of learning on operational performance and patient care.
