We are seeking a passionate Baker to join our team! Our bakery crafts memorable experiences for guests' events and daily moments, from special occasions to everyday treats.
Providing excellent guest service is central to our mission. You will greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally, making a positive impact daily.
External Job Description
What You’ll Do:
* Recipe & Production Control: Follow recipes precisely, monitor freshness, handle outdated items, and report shrinkage.
* Health & Safety: Follow all health department guidelines and sanitation practices. Keep prep areas, coolers, freezers, and storage clean and organized.
* Guest Service: Assist guests, take special orders, address concerns, answer calls, and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Stock Monitoring: Maintain stock levels and service floor needs, especially during early mornings and evenings.
* Quality Standards: Keep food safety logs and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with bakery team members to meet goals and foster a positive environment.
* Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and notify in advance of absences.
* Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
* Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
* Work Environment: Exposure to extreme temperatures and moving machinery.
Schedule
The position involves early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for evening or overnight shifts.
