Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student Assess students' progress and adjust teaching techniques accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience in using assistive technology for SEN students Working Conditions: This role involves working with students on a one-to-one basis, either in a school setting or at the student's home.
