Electronics Engineers – Full Product Lifecycle Development | Innovation Meets Impact\n\nAre you a highly skilled Electronics Engineer ready to take ownership of exciting projects from concept through to delivery? We’re looking for experienced engineers to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, where you’ll make a tangible impact on real-world products across a diverse range of industries.\n\nAs an integral part of our design team, you’ll work closely with mechanical engineers and other specialists to create innovative, high-performance solutions. This is a hands-on, full-lifecycle role – from early feasibility through design, testing, and manufacture.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead the electronic development of products, working in tandem with mechanical teams to meet spatial and functional constraints\n\n * Create PCB layouts and designs, complete with full documentation for manufacturing\n\n * Source, build, and test electronic prototypes, including in-house pre-compliance EMC testing\n\n * Identify and implement design improvements for cost optimisation and technical performance\n\n * Lead qualification and testing processes, ensuring compliance with EMC, automotive, and aerospace standards\n\n * Conduct feasibility studies for new electronic innovations\n\n * Produce detailed test reports and documentation throughout the development process\n\nKey Skills and Experience Required:\n\n * Degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)\n\n * At least 3 years’ industrial experience in electronic product development\n\n * Strong background in both analogue and digital circuit design\n\n * Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market\n\n * Knowledge of designing for EMC compliance and hands-on EMC testing\n\n * Familiarity with CAN bus protocols, especially SAE J1939\n\n * Proficient in PCB design tools and CAD software\n\n * Comfortable working independently across multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * High level of written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation practices\n\n * Computer literate – including MS Office, Teams, and ERP systems\n\nBonus Skills (Not Essential but Valued):\n\n * Firmware development (C, C++, RTOS)\n\n * Embedded Linux, Qt, and Python\n\n * Power electronics and battery management systems\n\n * Sensors, wireless, and serial interface integration\n\n * Video processing and machine vision applications\n\nIf you're passionate about innovation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to see your ideas brought to life, this is the perfect role for you.\n\nApply now and be part of something that truly makes a difference
