The Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Handling emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Order Processing & Invoicing: Assisting with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Record Keeping & Data Entry: Managing electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure all records are up to date.
Accounts & Finance Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and liaising with the accounts team.
Office Management: Ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, and providing general support to the team as needed.
Project Assistance: Supporting the wider team with project administration, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in construction.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
