Job Description M&E Contracts Managers
Our client, a leading multi-discipline specialist contractor, is currently seeking experienced M&E Contracts Managers to join their dynamic team. Based in Guildford, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to high-quality, innovative solutions across healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As an M&E Contracts Manager, you will develop and manage M&E programmes, including commissioning schedules.
Oversee procurement scheduling, budget control, and supply chain management.
Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations.
Plan and manage labour resources effectively.
Produce detailed project reports and manage project costs.
Provide strong leadership in managing M&E teams, ensuring quality control and conducting audits.
Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E construction, project management, and contracts.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems (BMS, electrical, plumbing).
Proven experience in programme and project management.
Key UK certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (Manager Level M&E), First Aid at Work.
