Customer Service Representative
** Full UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED**
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £24,394.69 + £1200 (per annum shift allowance)
Full time and permanent position
Shift Pattern : 4 days on, 4 days off (inclusive of weekends & bank holidays) – 38hrs per week.
Rotating shift pattern: 7am – 7pm (1st 4-days on) & 9am – 9pm (2nd 4-days on)
( Some on-call / out of hours will be on the rota for this role)
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our customer – one of the leading rental companies in the UK. As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for always delivering exceptional customer service, as well as maximising sales opportunities where possible.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify customers’ needs, take reservations, and close enquiries.
2. Deal with phone calls, respond to emails, and handle face to face interactions.
3. Meet and exceed all customer requirements.
4. Identify sales opportunities.
5. Resolve any customer complaints or issues.
6. Coordinate delivery and collections.
7. Completion of all required documentation
8. Undertake additional duties assigned by line manager.
About You:
9. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Administrative skills
12. Computer skills (spreadsheets, email, and able to learn inhouse systems quickly)
13. Strong attention to details
14. Proven previous experience working in a fast-paced retail or customer-focussed environment.
15. Must hold full UK driving licence (must have held for 12 months minimum)
