Role and Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
* Monitor student progress, maintain records, and set assessment targets in line with school policy to help students reach their full potential.
* Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people, following relevant procedures.
* Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesion in teaching.
* Set homework regularly to consolidate learning and encourage student responsibility.
* Track student achievement and take appropriate actions to support progress.
* Model professional conduct and personal presentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching English at secondary or higher education level.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
