Private Client Lawyer (Head of Department), 7+ PQE – Essex – A reputable and well-established Essex based practice is looking to appoint a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead the current private client team.

PQE: 7+ PQE
SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
The highly regarded private client team of this reputable law firm is looking to appoint a highly experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their busy and dynamic private client team in Essex. The team covers the broad range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and HMRC inheritance tax forms, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection, Trusts and deputyship applications.
THE CANDIDATE:
Whether you're a Head of Department looking for your next challenge or an experienced private client solicitor ready for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you! You will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in private client law and ideally be a head of department in your current role or looking for the next step in your career. Senior Associates, Partners or Head of Departments are encouraged to get in touch. A strong client-focused approach along with exceptional communication skills is key for this role along with the ambition to take on a leadership role and drive the department’s future success.
