Your hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The Essential qualities we look for Educated to degree level with undergraduate/postgraduate teaching qualification. Secondary school teaching experience. Desire to work with pupils who have experienced trauma and challenge. Proficient in adapting and modify curriculum to ensure inclusivity. Must have a current valid driving license. An enhanced Disclosure certificate. Full registration with the General Teaching Council for England Right to work in the UK. The Desirable Qualities We Look for Knowledge of theoretical approaches to Adverse Childhood Experiences, mental health, attachment, therapeutic parenting, etc., applied to everyday practice. Experience teaching and assessing pupils with Additional Support Needs or the desire to undertake professional learning to gain skills in this area.
