Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 8:00am – 3:00pm (Fri)
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience

My client is looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join their expanding Contracts Team at their state-of-the-art headquarters in Banbridge. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a progressive company that values innovation, quality, and teamwork.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the success of their projects from the early design phase to handover. You’ll lead a skilled team including Project Coordinators, Mechanical Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors, ensuring that every project meets their high standards of quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Management: Develop and lead your site management team to deliver projects on time, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high-level objectives.
* Client Interaction: Regularly liaise with clients through online meetings and on-site discussions, ensuring satisfaction with progress and upcoming works.
* Project Oversight: Track project costs, ensure correct procurement of equipment, and manage labour and subcontractor requirements to meet project goals.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring all drawings, templates, and instructions are up-to-date and accurately followed.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly progress reports, manage contract variations, and lead project meetings to ensure critical path elements are addressed.
* Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard, in line with client expectations.
What They’re Looking For: Criteria
* Experience: Proven experience in Mechanical Installation and Management within the field, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
* Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
* Leadership: Ability to take ownership, work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a willingness to grow and learn.
* Travel: Flexibility to attend site meetings as required, with the potential to negotiate site visit schedules to accommodate personal commitments.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
