Working for one of the largest online fire protection companies in the UK, this organisation sells a comprehensive range of products that save lives and protect people from the risk of fire. You will work in the Customer Services team and advise customers on products, process orders and provide a basic level of technical support. There are no out-of-hours shifts, no weekend work and you don’t have to have any previous experience. We’re simply looking for people who thrive in a busy customer service environment. You’ll be given extensive product training, and work with a brilliant team that will enable you to be better and more knowledgeable. The offices are air-conditioned, based just outside of Derby City Centre. You’ll work 8-5 Mon - Friday and earn somewhere between 22k - 25k.
