The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing overall productivity. Duties Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available. Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required. Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, memos, and other documents. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support financial operations by processing invoices and maintaining records using QuickBooks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and communication. Utilise Google Suite for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and sharing documents. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in data entry and computerised systems is essential. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
