Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits
The Opportunity:
London’s leading acceleration agency are now looking to hire a Brand Strategist. Over the last 12 years they’ve been disrupting the model of traditional agencies to make something that works for the high-speed challenger brands of today.
They partner with purpose-driven startups, scale-ups and established brands to deliver creative innovation and design, strategic vision and, ultimately, growth. By combining the best of an agency and a VC (and innovating everything else), they accelerate the impact of disruptive ideas, helping businesses of all sizes to fulfil their potential.
Your role will be dynamic, collaborating closely with the Creative Director. Together, you'll empower their partners to redefine their business and brand strategies.
Your days will be filled with leading brand strategy workshops, crafting compelling pitch decks, and developing strategic business cases for the world's most pioneering companies.
From day one, you'll take the helm of their innovation workshops, enhancing the process and independently leading these workshops within your first three months.
Your goal? To help clients (founders and business leaders) leverage your innovative ideas to achieve their strategic priorities and help them bring home the bacon.

You will:
* Conduct in-depth research to grasp market demands, trends and challenges, using these insights to craft innovative business strategies with clear goals and rollout plans.
* Merge analytical insights with creative thinking to develop brand and business strategies, challenging traditional norms.
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, and the team to shape the company's and partners' strategic directions.
* Act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
* Build and lead original brand strategy workshops and take ownership of the innovation workshop process, creating an engaging, insightful, and productive environment for our partners.
* Craft compelling pitch decks and business cases.
* Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to partners, guiding them through complex concepts to clarify their messaging and market positioning.
* Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects to meet timelines, budget, and exceed expectations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
The skills you’ll need
To enjoy this role, and succeed within it, you’ll have:
* 6+ years in strategic planning, ideally with startup or tech experience, blending creativity with analytical skills.
* Proven success in crafting and executing brand and business strategies, turning insights into growth plans.
* Great commercial insight, with a keen ability to navigate market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and craft strategies that leverage trends for competitive advantage.
* Empathetic and clear communication style, with ability to understand and convey complex strategies effectively.
* Motivation to make a positive impact and contribute to positive social outcomes.
