Join our 2-year Graduate Programme as a Graduate Engineer and gain hands-on experience in engineering logistics. You will work on all aspects of systems and products, and experience a breadth of engineering knowledge across our Heavy Lift and Nuclear business.
As an Osprey engineer, you will focus on developing engineering solutions and concepts for various projects, including heavy lift and transport operations. You will work in a team of engineers and be responsible for developing solutions to support sales and tendering activities, applying engineering calculations, and managing projects through to execution.
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree with a minimum of 2:2 in mechanical/structural/construction and civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will also have excellent time management skills, understand team dynamics, and be able to work as an active and constructive member of a team.
You will be enrolled onto the Osprey Graduate Programme under a fixed-term contract for two years. This programme will give you the structure, tools, experience, and opportunities to develop and enhance your professional career. Your performance will be monitored and assessed during the 2-years, preparing you for your End-Point Assessment at the end of year 2.
