About the Role: Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care for patients. This role will require close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care is delivered. The nurse will maintain clinical records, carry out care in line with established guidelines, and manage patient care during their shift when necessary. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based guidelines. Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Maintain records in line with corporate policies and NMC guidelines. Ensure clinical care is carried out according to the organisation’s policies and procedures. Oversee the care team to ensure adherence to care plans. Where applicable, take responsibility for managing patient care during the shift. Qualifications: Degree in Adult Nursing (NMC PIN) Required Skills: The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with post-registration clinical experience and a solid knowledge of best clinical practices for the relevant client group. They will have an awareness of current legislation within the independent care sector and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
